Visit the Card Operations website and submit a request form. You’ll select the Mobile Credential Reader Request dropdown and submit the form. Card Services will follow up with you shortly. In the Request Notes field, it’s helpful to mention that you’re using BoilerTrack so they can ensure the card reader is configured correctly.
