Ensure all studio lights are on

This will help the room produce the highest quality videos. Lights are located by the door.

Wake up the control tablet and Wacom monitor

Press any key on both keyboards or tap each screen. Sometimes, the touch has been disabled by a previous user, so typing a key on the keyboard is the most reliable method.

Log in to the control panel tablet

Using your Purdue username and password, log in to activate the cameras. The system will start a few seconds before the studio whirrs to life.

Access documents on the Wacom montior

You can bring a USB drive and plug it directly into the Wacom monitor to access PowerPoints or other presentation aids that you would like to use during your recording. You also have access to the Internet and can log in to any cloud hosting service available.
