Blocked tasks

Nearly every task has dependencies that need to be completed before workers can be assigned. If a task is blocked, it will appear greyed out.

                                                                                  Examples of blocked tasks

                                                                              Examples of blocked tasks

Workable tasks

If a task is workable, it will have a white background. This means that you can assign workers to the task in the weekly view.

                                                                                  Examples of workable tasks

Completed tasks

A task with all of its work completed will turn green and receive a checkmark.

                                                                                  Examples of completed tasks

                                                                              Examples of completed tasks

Any tasks that were blocked because of a completed task will show its predecessor as green.

                                                                    Example of predecessors showing completed
