Each component of the weekly view is described below.
A snapshot of Week 3's weekly view
The weekly task component shows you the tasks that are qualified to assign workers to. You can assign 0, 1, or 2 workers per task up to 5 workers total. On the far right of each weekly task component, you'll see the total cost of your decision for that task.
The additional cost component provides you with insight into project-level costs. If you assign a fifth worker, you'll accrue an additional cost. If your project continues past its deadline, you'll accrue a late project cost that will also appear there.
Your additional costs are added to your weekly task costs and are added to the running event cost.
The running event cost shows you the total cost of all previous decisions (the black text) and the impact of your current decisions (the green text).
To confirm your decision each week, you must submit your weekly schedule by clicking the Submit Weekly Schedule button in the lower-right of the Weekly View.
