Communicating critical information across your information can be crucial to ensure the success of your teams. Pitch enables communication with your competition through the various discussion boards!
As a staff member, when you create a post you will be able to choose which group(s) will be notified. Other roles don't have that option. You can use the settings on the communication page to select which groups will receive email notifications for the initial post created by a judge or competitor.
For even more advanced control, you can use
to edit the actual emails that are sent out at different points in your competition. If you choose to edit these templates, you are only editing the emails for that specific competition.

Instead of Spotlight, events are managed in Localist. Connect with the Marketing and Communication departments to learn how to create events. Those events will then be automatically pulled into Spotlight and can be used in Newsletters.
