Managing Team submissions is one of the most important aspects of your competition. You can find the Team Submissions page for your competition under the Manage Teams drop down on the dashboard.
Welcome to Manage Team Submissions!
Pitch always tries to give you relevant contextual information. At the top of this page, if submissions are open, you can see the date submissions will close. If submissions have not opened, it will instead show the day submissions will open- in that case, there will likely be no teams with submissions as teams cannot yet upload them.
Now that you've found this page, let's learn how to navigate it. The filter panel on the left hand side of your screen will help you sort through the active teams on your competition. You can choose to filter the list of teams by:
Filter the list of teams by Team Name, Track, or whether the team has or has not submitted files

The default is to list only those teams with submissions on this page, as shown above. This means that teams that have not submitted any files will not be listed when you first land on this page.

Upon selecting a team, you can see the Team Files Panel underneath their team name at the top of the page. If a team has submitted files, they will be shown here as cards.
This team has submitted three files: two PDFS and a Video.
You can download PDFs and PPTX (PowerPoint) filetypes by clicking anywhere on the card. Videos (which are uploaded through Kaltura) can be viewed or downloaded by clicking on the relevant button in the card.

You can also delete or upload a team's submission on this page. This gives you the control to help out your teams if they are having problems with uploads!

As a staff member, you are able to upload (or delete) files for a team at any point during the competition, including outside of the open submission dates.

Select "Upload File" and here you can upload a submission for the team you have selected. The submission will still need to follow the requirements.
Select "Upload Video". You can now upload a video file for the team you have selected.

Note that these are the same exact submission boxes competitors see when they upload a submission themselves. The requirements for submissions will always be the same across the competition.

Lastly, on this page you can view the judges assigned to a team and the progress the judges have made for a team. Each judge will either have a red bar (not marked complete) or green bar (marked complete).

Please note that judging progress is self-reported by the judges of your competition. This information may not reflect total accuracy of judging completion. You can reach out to judges who have unfinished surveys using the "Remind judges" link on the dashboard.

Judging Info panel gives you a quick overview about the status of judging for a specific team.
The other links on this page:

will take you to edit Judges. This is covered in the Judges section, found below.
