As a staff member, you have robust options for managing the competitors and teams within your competition. You can manage teams using the drop-down on the dashboard.
Welcome to the Manage Teams page!
Pitch always tries to give you relevant contextual information. At the top of the page, it will tell you whether registration is open or closed. Once a team is selected, you can also use
to take you to the submissions page for that team.
<aside> <img src="/icons/report_orange.svg" alt="/icons/report_orange.svg" width="40px" /> Once the registration period has closed, competitors will no longer be able to make changes to their team. However, as a staff member you are able to make changes to teams at any point in the competition.

Now that you've found the Teams page, let's try to find a specific team. You can do this by using the filter on the left hand side of your screen to list teams by:
Filter the list of teams by Team Name, Competitor, or team registration status

A team is only considered registered if they have both signed up for the competition and each individual member has completed their Individual Registration. You can learn more about it in the Join a Competition section.

Once you've selected a team, you can edit its details within the Team Information panel.
This is where you can edit a team's name, status, track, or institution. You can also assign awards in this panel.
<aside> <img src="/icons/info-alternate_blue.svg" alt="/icons/info-alternate_blue.svg" width="40px" /> A Team Name is simply used to reference the team. It will be easiest for you to to locate certain teams if they have memorable or meaningful names.

You can distribute awards by visiting the Team's management page and clicking on the Awards input. You'll see a dropdown of all available awards. You can type to filter down to an award or select from the dropdown.
The default awards available. Custom awards will also appear in this list if available.
For all changes in the team information section, you'll need to click the
button in the upper-right-hand corner of the panel.
For each member, you can see whether their Individual Registration status is

Instead, you can send them a reminder email to complete their individual registration.
