Pitch makes communication easy! You can find links to the various discussion boards on your Dashboard in the sidebar.
You can also see an overview of the number of posted announcements, and whether there are questions you can help answer or discussions to participate in. In each context, you can also take a quick action to post a question in that context.
To view all the content in the discussion board, select
From here, you can switch contexts using the cards on the left side of the screen, shown below.
When you land on the discussion board page, you can see in the top the Competition Name. You can also see the number of members that are in each context, listed under the context name.
As a judge, you can answer and ask questions in two different contexts. Select a context below to learn more.
Once you select a context, you can see a list of the posts that have been made. Each post is displayed as a card, and you can select the card to enter the thread. There are three post types, which you can keep reading to learn more about. Or, jump to Create Post.

You can post a discussion to start a conversation! This could be useful in a variety of scenarios. Here is an example from a competition forum
A discussion thread with four replies.
When a question is asked, it is looking for an answer. If you have a question, ask it! Someone else may be able to answer it for you. Or, perhaps someone else has a question- and you can answer it!
Question thread, with one reply.
Staff members may choose to mark a reply as the verified answer. An example of this is shown below. If you see this extra highlight, know that a staff member has chosen that as the correct answer to the question!
A response has been highlighted as the answer.
To create a new post, select

To reply to an existing post, simply click into the post thread and select

It's as easy as that!
Perhaps instead of replying to the initial post, you want to reply to someone else's response. You can do this by selecting
in the response you want to reply to. The text will be shown in your "New Reply" box, as shown below. You can remove it by selecting
Once submitted, your new post will "quote" the one you selected, as shown below.
