The competition dates or important dates panel will always appear in the sidebar and show the most relevant upcoming deadlines. You can expand it to view all of the competition dates by clicking the View All Competition Dates link in the footer of the panel.

Here's an example of an expanded competition date panel.

Explanation of the dates

• Registration Opens: Teams can register their teams and can complete individual registrations at any time after the date listed.
• Registration Closes: New teams can no longer register, and team leads cannot remove and add new members from their teams. However, individual registrations can still be completed after this time and at any time during the competition.
• Competition Starts: The date the competition begins. For online competitions, this typically indicates when the restricted competition files are released to the teams. For in-person competitions, this typically indicates the day that the competition begins. Be sure to read through your competition's details for more information.
• File Submissions Open: Teams can upload files to be judged for the competition.
• File Submissions Due: Teams can no longer upload files and videos to the competition.
• Judging Finished: This typically marks the end of the competition, and awards are given.
